About Us

Reputation What?

Reputation Architects strikes many people as an unusual name for a communications firm. That’s totally intentional. We chose our less-than-obvious moniker to spark questions and inspire conversations about a subject that companies far too often treat as an afterthought.

Clients turn to us for help in many different situations:

  • When product or service failures or breaches of trust put reputation and revenues in jeopardy
  • When lawsuits, government inquiries or online attacks raise questions about integrity and leadership
  • When mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations or leadership changes hinge on gaining the support of hard-to-reach audiences
  • When repairing reputational damage and restoring trust lost to crisis is a top priority

While we can’t design your new offices, we can definitely help you lay a solid foundation for growth, tear down walls between you and your key audiences, erect protective barriers against harm and tower above your competition. So, please ask us about our name and what we can build for you. There’s nothing we like talking about more.

But, sorry, we don’t do kitchens.

Looking for a client list?

We’re extremely proud of our clients and the exceptional work we do for them. You’ll just have to trust us on that, because the work we stake our reputation on we never, ever speak about. Our clients like it that way. You would, too.

So, if you’ve come looking for an exhaustive client list or detailed case studies, we’re sorry to disappoint you. Discretion is serious business for us.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss whatever situation has brought you here — in complete confidence, of course — and tell you about our relevant experience and how we can help. Just give a call or send a message.

Trust us. No one will ever know.
